1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kk2223" or "we" or "us" means kk2223 Gaming Ltd. and its affiliated entities operating the kk2223 platform at kk2223.ws.
• "Platform" means the kk2223 website, mobile-optimised site, and any related applications or services made available to players.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who has registered a kk2223 account or otherwise accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal player account registered in your name with kk2223.
• "Balance" means the real-money PKR funds held in your kk2223 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cashable incentives credited to your account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by kk2223 under its licence obligations.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction where accessing or using the Platform is illegal under applicable local law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the kk2223 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kk2223 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and kk2223 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain a kk2223 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions.
• You must be acting as a natural person in your own capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or otherwise have voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling services.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of kk2223 or any of its gaming suppliers.

kk2223 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Such documents may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Until satisfactory age verification is completed, kk2223 may suspend withdrawal functionality on your Account. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all associated funds, including any winnings, will be forfeited.

4 Account Registration

Each player is entitled to hold one (1) kk2223 Account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a functional email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly in the event of any change.

kk2223 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason. Account registration does not create any entitlement to access specific games, promotions, or platform features, which kk2223 may modify or withdraw at its sole discretion.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kk2223 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passwords (OTPs) with any other person under any circumstances. kk2223 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.

You agree to notify kk2223 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. kk2223 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

kk2223 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all accounts. You are responsible for ensuring that the device from which you access the Platform is free from malware, keyloggers, or other security threats.

Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have previously reported a security breach to kk2223 in writing.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kk2223 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per request.
• Payment Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Pakistani-issued debit cards.
• Withdrawal Routing: Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, except where that method does not support outgoing transfers, in which case kk2223 will arrange an alternative method.
• Processing Time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 2–4 hours. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Fees: kk2223 does not charge fees on standard PKR withdrawals. Third-party payment processors may impose their own charges, for which kk2223 accepts no liability.
• Verification: kk2223 reserves the right to request full KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Incomplete verification will result in withdrawal processing being paused until documentation is received and approved.

kk2223 accepts funds only from payment sources in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned to the source and may trigger an account review. kk2223 operates anti-money laundering procedures as required under its international gaming licence, and all unusual financial activity may be reported to relevant authorities.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

kk2223 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Pakistani players aged 21 or older who hold a verified kk2223 account in good standing.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements will be communicated at the point of bonus offer.
• kk2223 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that such change does not affect active wagers placed in reasonable reliance on the original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, matched betting patterns designed specifically to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion between players to exploit promotions — will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Players who have previously held a kk2223 account are not eligible for new-player promotions.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your Account. Real-money funds are used and withdrawn first unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

8 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the kk2223 Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, odds cannot be changed except where market settlement rules require revision (e.g., abandoned matches, score corrections).
• kk2223 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where results are materially affected by factors outside normal sporting conditions, including but not limited to match abandonment, venue changes, or confirmed match irregularities.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Limits may vary by market, event, and player account status.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome or settlement of a bet, the decision of the kk2223 sportsbook team is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 15.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to brief suspension periods during significant match events. kk2223 accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed during suspension windows.
• Cricket betting at kk2223 covers PSL, Pakistan national team matches, international T20Is, ODIs, and Test series, subject to market availability as determined by kk2223 at its sole discretion.

9 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the kk2223 Platform — including live dealer games, slots, mini baccarat, and instant games — operate under the following terms:

• All games use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited to confirm fair and random outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game.
• Malfunction of any game software voids all affected plays and any associated winnings. In the event of a software error, kk2223 will take reasonable steps to investigate and refund bets placed during the malfunction period.
• Progressive jackpot winnings are subject to verification before payment. kk2223 reserves the right to pay large jackpot wins in instalments where required by its licence obligations.
• Live casino games are hosted by third-party studio providers. In the event of a live feed disconnection or technical failure during a live game round, kk2223's liability is limited to returning the original wager amount where the hand or round cannot be completed.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kk2223 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one kk2223 account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point, including during registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to give an unfair advantage.
• Exploitation of software errors, game vulnerabilities, or display anomalies to obtain undue winnings.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
• Money laundering — using the kk2223 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity.
• Engaging in, or facilitating, any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption in relation to any sporting event offered on the kk2223 sportsbook.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing kk2223 staff or other players through any communication channel.

11 Responsible Gaming

kk2223 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all eligible players in Pakistan. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we maintain a suite of tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps, effective immediately upon being set and subject to a cooling-off period before being increased.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over a defined period to prevent runaway sessions.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session termination after a player-defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net wagering position.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account suspension for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion window under any circumstances.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any kk2223 content without prior written authorisation from kk2223.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kk2223 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or data arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions.
• Losses incurred as a result of your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Actions of third-party payment processors, including delays, failures, or errors in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages, even where kk2223 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kk2223's liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. kk2223's maximum aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Suspension & Termination

kk2223 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• kk2223 suspects fraudulent, illegal, or collusive activity.
• The player is found to be under the age of 21.
• KYC documentation has been requested but not provided within a reasonable timeframe.
• Continued operation of the Account would expose kk2223 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

You may close your kk2223 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure at your request, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon voluntary account closure.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which kk2223's international gaming licence is issued. Any dispute arising from your use of the kk2223 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you must first contact the kk2223 support team and allow a reasonable period of no fewer than 14 days for the matter to be investigated and resolved internally. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, the dispute may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body specified under kk2223's gaming licence.

16 Amendments to These Terms

kk2223 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kk2223 will provide advance notice to all active account holders via the email address registered on their account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no fewer than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
